The cover is an artistic depiction of the results described within the paper by Ozturk-Isik et al., wherein the region with the highest CNI was shown to provide a good target for biopsies for non-enhancing lesions in order to obtain a representative histological diagnosis of its degree of malignancy. Metabolic and diffusion parameter levels were also shown to be of interest for not only directing tissue sampling but also for defining the targets for focal therapy and assessing response to therapy.
