The cover is an artistic depiction of the results described in the paper by Tuli et al., wherein a small animal radiation research platform (SARRP) was used in combination with a bioluminescent, orthotopic preclinical pancreas cancer model to non-invasively: 1) allow the identification of tumor burden prior to therapy; 2) facilitate image-guided focal radiation therapy; and 3) allow normalization of tumor burden and longitudinal assessment of treatment response.
